RockWich is an indoor event and camping is within the grounds of the venue.
The address is Witton Albion Social Club, Chapel Street, Wincham, Northwich, Cheshire. CW9 6DA.
There will be food available throughout the day including a range of hot meals, various sandwiches/baps and bar snacks.
RockWich Festival has the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals(s) and refuse entry to the venue and it's grounds, at our discretion.
Children aged 14 and under are FREE! of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult and must be supervised at all times. Please let us know how many children you will be bringing as we need to ensure the venue capacity is not exceed, in accordance to Health & Safety guidelines.
Your RockWich ticket purchase will also give you FREE entry to Saturday's RockWich Unplugged event, an evening of acoustic performances. RockWich Unplugged ONLY tickets are also available, with limited numbers available on the door priced at just £5.00 Tickets are purchased via PayPal (account name: mikmatzen@hotmail.co.uk) Please ensure your postal details on your account are correct and up to date as this is the information we refer to.
PLEASE BRING YOUR TICKET WITH YOU WHEN YOU ATTEND THE EVENT.
Once you have purchased your tickets you will receive a confirmation email followed by your physical tickets through the post. Prometheus Promotions do not charge booking fees, postage or any other administrative charges.
On the day of the event please go to the check in desk with your ticket where you will be issued with a wristband, please do not remove the wristband as this will be the only proof of entry.
Reaper Package
The Reaper package will include Reaper wristband, t-shirt, RockWich CD, plastic pint mug, lanyard plus surprises. Your tickets will be posted as normal and your personal Reaper bundle will be collected at RockWich. If you are unable to attend we will post the Reaper bundle to you after the event. Please note tickets are not transferable as Reaper but if they are to be sold please inform us and we can issue normal standard tickets, you will still receive the full bundle in the post.
Camping
The camping area will be open from 5pm on the Saturday - NO admittance will be given to anyone before this time.
Please ensure that you check in with a staff member before pitching a tent, camper vans to park in designated areas and do not move crowd barriers in the car park or camping areas.
No BBQ's or open fires at any time. Bin bags will be available and given out throughout the weekend to help you to manage your rubbish in a responsible manner.
No music to be played after last orders in the camping area.
Drunken and/or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and the person or persons responsible will be asked to leave the venue grounds.
Drinks
The venue will have a fully stocked bar with a range of beers, lagers, guest ales, spirits and soft drinks. Only alcohol that is purchased from the venue can be consumed whilst the bar is open.
Personal alcohol must not be consumed inside or outside the venue and only on the camping field.
Only persons of legal age can be served at the bar and you may be asked for ID if you appear to be under the age of 25.
The venue has the right to refuse to serve for whatever reason.
RockWich Festival and Witton Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, and/or possessions in and around the venue.
