GENERAL INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC ON EVENT DAY
Access to the site will be from 3pm on Saturday 29th August. Please do not arrive before 3pm as you will not be allowed on site and this causes difficulties for our small team.
Access to site on Sunday 30th August will be from 9:30am. You will not be allowed to pitch tents before 9:30am.
Breakfast is being served from 8:00 – 10:30am on Sunday and Monday
Showers will be available on Sunday morning until 11am, inside the stadium – Please take some change to put in the donation bucket for the Football Club.
On arrival to site you will be welcomed by members of the RockWich Team and you be directed to the appropriate areas:
Main car park area
Hardstanding for caravans/live in vehicles
Disabled Parking – As directed by a member of the RockWich Team only
Grassed camping area –
You will be directed to park close to the grassed camping area so you can unload your camping gear. Once this has been unloaded you will need to take your vehicle to the main car park and you can return to pitch up. We have limited space in this area for vehicles to unload and require a quick turnaround, please follow directions given by the RockWich Team.
Please note there are to be NO vehicles on the grassed area at all.
Please be patient, kind and respectful to each other, and follow any direction given by our Team.
Camping Notes -
Please note – Disposable BBQ’s, Fire Pits, Open Flames are not allowed on site. Camping stoves are acceptable however please be extra vigilant and ensure stoves are raised from ground level.
Please keep noise to a respectful level on the campsite at the end of the evening as there are residential properties nearby, and please be mindful of your camping neighbours who may have children with them.
There will be barriers and cones in place across the site and these must not be removed or moved. There are some areas which are off limits to the public and public vehicles, please take note of all signage and if you have any queries please contact a member of the RockWich Team.
RockWich Festival 2026, Sunday, will be held in the marquee at the front of the Football Club, with stalls and band merch tables situated in the main room of the social club.
RockWich Unplugged doors officially open at 6pm on Saturday – please head to the club entrance, have your physical tickets ready and you will be wristbanded. First acoustic act takes to the stage at 7:30pm
Please note the Social Club Bar will be open from 6pm
RockWich Festival doors officially open at 11:15am on Sunday – please head to the marquee entrance, have your physical tickets ready and you will be wristbanded. First band hits the stage at Noon.
Please note the Social Club Bar and Marquee Cans & Bottles Bar, will be open at Noon. Due to Licence restrictions the Marquee Bar will close at 11pm, however the Social Club Bar will close at Midnight.
Both Bars will fill your reusable RockWich Festival Pint Cups (available to purchase on Sunday and included in your Reaper Pack)
Reaper Packs and T-Shirt pre-orders will be available for collection inside the Social Club on Sunday from 11:15am, at the stage area.
There will be a separate information post for drink and food menus and prices.
Please leave site no later then 12 Noon on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August.
We will be giving out refuse bags to all campers and live-in vehicles and would ask you to leave bags of rubbish in the bin areas before leaving site.
We will be setting up collection points again for any surplus tins/pot noodles/snacks/ non-perishable goods that you do not want to take back home, which will be donated to a local food bank. Please ask a member of the RockWich Team for more information if needed.
As always, we will be running a raffle with some amazing prizes and remind you to bring some REAL MONEY for this please. All proceeds will be donated to this year’s chosen charity – St. Luke’s Hospice. A local Hospice providing end of life care and support to cancer patients and their families.
